Finally the time has come and we can present you the first pairs from our new collection which will be available from Friday 10am (GMT+1) on.
We launch 5 ankle boots, two of them are already known friends with some updates, the RAW LEATHER BROWN with a light felted wool lining and the the RAW LEATHER BLACK, got a matte finishing and with a new grey cotton plush.
New will be the vegan model RUST, a organic cotton upper combined with a cotton plush lining, a warm colourful friend for cold dry days. And a special newcomer is the CORK BLACK (vegan), as the name already tells this model is made with a cork for the upper, which is great looking, natural and 100% renewable from Portuguese Cork oaks with insulating and water repellant properties. Also here the cotton plush lining care for warm feet.
The last new model will be the ONYX (vegan), a minimal black organic cotton boot with a recycled cotton lining.
CHANGES:
After we got loads of feedback from you after our crowdfunding campaign we decided to make some little adaptions to improve the fit. We opened the part of the laces and reduced a bit fabric around the heel. For people with wider feet it doesn’t have much influence, but for the ones with narrow and shallow feet the laces can be tighten more and will give a more snug fit.
FIT:
A common question is always how does the same model fit, but with warmer lining. We made the experience and got the indications from our manufacturer that the sizes remain, so no sizing up due to the thicker lining. BUT in case you have been wearing a low cut pair in summer barefoot or with very thin socks plus you had already a snug fit and want to use now warmer socks, it makes sense to size up.
