– Due to the conflict in Ukraine, we currently are not able to send packages to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
– Shipping to Argentina, Afghanistan, India, Indonesia, Israel, North Korea and Philippines is also not possible at this time.
– Äland Islands is a non-EU zone and has its own shipping country: if you are buying from this specific area, please do not forget to choose it at checkout.
– Shipping to the Canary Islands is not possible at the present moment.

Please note that we DO NOT refund parcels that are not accepted by clients.
Please do not use PO Boxes, because we can’t ensure safe delivery. A signature may be required on arrival.
When you receive your delivery, we kindly request that you inspect the packaging for any signs of damage, especially focusing on the sealing label. If you happen to notice any signs of tampering, or water damage or if the seal appears to be broken, we recommend not accepting the package or opening it in the presence of the courier.
