I was thrilled to get these shoes, as they strike a perfect balance between being casual and elegant. They are really soft and light. I liked the insole: it is removable and has a suede upper, which is great for wearing the shoes without socks in summer. However, the size did not fit me at all. I ordered a size smaller as advised (EU 39 instead of EU 40). The insole is indeed a bit longer than what is written in the size chart, but not that much. The shoes are short for me, and, what is more disappointing, narrow. I don't have any space for my pinky toe, and I doubt that sizing up would help :( I wish the size chart was provided for each model and included not only the length of the insole but also its width. I would not have ordered the shoes if I knew the width beforehand. Or at least I would try a size that would fit me with a higher probability.

I recently got into barefoot shoes and was interested Muki for the 100% organic/natural materials for every one of their shoe models! I love the magnolia silhouette and color. The removable insole (fully leather) is a plus! Even with the insole removed, the part touching the feet is still lined with leather. Really love the details! 1 of the 4 tassels came off after 2 wears but that’s ok! The shoe still cute! I measured my feet according to the size chart and can fit 35 and 36. So I got magnolia in 36 and Leo kids in 35. I am able to wear both and I do feel magnolia is more narrow. I am from the USA so I had to pay the shipping and taxes but so worth it! I’m buying my husband some from Anya’s shop cos it has free returns so he can try on different sizes.

Too narrow! Had to send them back, so bummed. I usually go up a size in my Mukis but with this model it wasn’t doable. It would be great if there were two widths to choose from.

For the Magnolia model specifically, we designed it with a removable insole so it can better adapt to different foot volumes. For lower-volume feet, the insole helps create a more secure fit. If you feel the shoes are narrower compared to other models you own with the same sole (which are produced on the same last), we recommend trying them without the insole, as this usually provides a bit more room and improves overall comfort.
