GENERAL NOTES FOR RETURNS:
- In case of partial return the initial shipping fee will not be reimbursed in any case.
- The initial shipping costs will be reimbursed for European countries ONLY if all the purchased items are returned.
- We can only take back clean and unworn shoes in their original package.
- At the present moment, we cannot offer exchanges of sizes and styles. If you need a different size/model, please place a new order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of insoles and socks.
- You always need to request your return here.
- After requesting please await further instructions and return labels.
- We will refund you the money within 30 days after receiving the shoes.

Return Costs: 28€ for the first item, plus €10 for each additional pair of shoes
We provide a return label except for postal codes listed as remote areas by DHL. Returns are not possible for these specific ZIP codes.
