Please bear in mind these shoes are handmade and small variations of 2-3mm can happen from one pair to another.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Due to the characteristics of the specific fabric, we advise you not to scrub the shoes. Treat spots locally. We recommend a gentle hand wash with neutral soap. Do not wash in the machine. Do not tumble dry. For increasing water and dirt repellency use a waterproofing spray before the first use and after each wash.
Due to softer dyeing technique, fabrics have higher light fastness, please try to avoid storing or drying in direct sunlight. Slightly fading color is a natural sign of use.
Each shoe is handcrafted with natural materials, slight differences in colors and finishing are possible.

My intention was to buy the Paprika model this spring, but to my disappointment Mukishoes took that one out of production. I thought, “Well, please release an orange model instead, then.”, and to my delight the first new colour from Mukishoes 2024 was the tasteful and summery Diosporo:
Persimmon coloured cotton fabric with a unique structure, white natural rubber soles and white laces. Beautiful!
Marta and Madlen have such good taste when it comes to designing their shoes, that one pf them or both must have the colour vision of a parrot. The shapes of the shoes and the natural materials are also second to none.
As I have written before, Mukishoes must be one of the worlds finest enterprises, with its nature and customer friendly materials, no toxins here, and the good looks of its products. Please do not sell out or try to grow too much, though, as that could ruin the whole splendour.
I am really grateful that we have a barefoot shoe manufacturer of this outstanding caliber on this planet.

Love them, very flexible and lightweight, breathable material, and they look good! They do get dirty quite quickly and the fabric is fairly soft and not stain-resistant. Maybe my foot is unusually broad but I think I could do with an even broader toebox, but overall I’m super happy with my shoes
