In case you want to wear thick socks, measure your feet with them to choose the right size.
Please bear in mind these shoes are handmade and small variations of 2-3mm can happen from one pair to another.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Dirt is best scrubbed of dry and spots can be treated locally. We recommend cleaning with a humid cloth. Do not wash in machine. Do not tumble dry. Cork doesn’t need any special care products.
We recommend to treat the stitches around the sole and cork with waterproofing spray (Recommendation: use a spray without fluorocarbons).
Each shoe is handcrafted with natural materials and ecologically dyed, slight differences in colours and finishing are possible.

These shoes look absolutely gorgeous and I love wearing them. Afaik the only available barefoot vergan chelsea boot.
I have had two problems with it in the two months I am wearing them. They squeak noticably when wearing, not extremely loud but very annoyingly so. This seems to have gotten better by now, though it stills happens sometimes. Second is that the shoes are very slippery on wet cobblestone and marble floors. Unfortunately this did not get better.
I also noticed that the profile is wearing down quite fast and I really hope the soles last me through winter before Icneed to have them renewed, it is very nice though that you offer a service for that!

I love my cork chelseas – they’re sleek yet durable, and fit my foot well (22.9 cm and I ordered a 37). The material is so flexible, it feels like I’m wearing socks instead of shoes.l!
I am disappointed that they didn’t have the flannel lining advertised in the pics/description, though. I was really looking forward to that feature both for looks and warmth.

HEAVEN ON FEET!! I absolutely am in love with these shoes. I purchased them to wear through our FL winter to my daughters orchestra recitals, but I will be wearing them all the time! They are sleek, non confining, beautifully made, and look just beautiful. This was my first Muki purchase, but I will be considering them the next time I need shoes! My feet measure 24.1cm in length and 9.52cm wide with a high arch and instep, and narrow ankles, and the 39 fit like a glove!

I really wanted these to work for me because they are so comfortable. I have low volume feet and skinny ankles, and although the length of the shoe fit well, my foot was slipping up and moving inside the shoe every time I walked. The material is very soft and lightweight. I had to return them, at my own cost too. The shoe is definitely better for wider, fuller feet.

I love the unique texture of these shoes. They are very light and flexible. I have skinny ankles and low volume feet so my heels have more space than I would prefer. But this can be easily fixed by adding an insole or heel pads. I would say they are perfect for autumn and mild winter. I tried to wear them on a colder day with an insole and thick socks but my feet didn’t feel as free as I want them to be. My feet are 26,5*10,5 cm and I chose size 42. Overall, these are my favorite barefoot shoes! Comfortable and elegant.

They fit me like a glove. I would get a pair in every color if you all made sizes larger than 48. A 48.5 or 49 would be perfect. With a wool insole and warm socks these are holding up okay in the Swedish fall. Didn’t think twice about wearing these in the mild rain today. So far good traction. Love the handmade feel and material. Mukishoes: make your shoes slightly longer and you’ll have a customer for life.

They are beautiful and surprisingly water resistant, also very comfortable but there are to low points:
– heel profile is way to pointed out, which makes the heel part of the shoes fold near the sole what destroys completely the look of the shoe.
– sole is very slippery on the polished Portuguese sidewalks, consider improving that part 😉

Love the material of these shoes and how they feel. I was worried the fit might not be great as I have narrow feet and skinny ankles as others have had issues but I went ahead and ordered true to size and they fit like a glove. Although I think it would be a tight squeeze if I wore bulky winter socks with them. I had other chelsea boots from Feelgrounds and I prefer Muki much more as I can ironically feel the ground much better and are much lighter. They are holding up really well in Irish winter weather so far!
